The Assembly of Good News for All Nations, in the year 2015, endeavoured to commence a building project to construct a worship centre, an auditorium with a capacity of 1000 people at the epicentre of Bertrams, Johannesburg, South Africa. The objective of this building apart from it being a place of worship, is to be a training centre that will be utilized to equip the youths with skills, educative programs and fun activities.

The Bertrams neighbourhood has a population of ± 3906 people with most of its youths unemployed, homeless and inadequately educated according to the City Of Johannesburg Census of 2011.

To this date the living conditions of the people has not changed much, if not worsen. Being in the neighbourhood for more than a decade now, we have seen and witnessed young people dropping out of schools and giving up on their dreams, joining gangs, doing drugs and alcohol, prostitution and crime. In the past, as a church, we performed a few outreach programs to help elevate the social conditions of the people by giving food, running youth seminars that focussed on issues faced with the youth and availed computer training opportunities.
